TruthTalks Workshops

Service Description

In TruthTalks Workshops, parents of young adults struggling with addiction have the opportunity to dialogue with young adults in solid recovery. By talking to kids in recovery (who are not our own,) parents see similarities with their own and participate in a discussion about the pain and suffering that underlies addiction. Parents often begin to empathize with their children's struggle and thereby form a closer connection with them whether they are using, or not.
